Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fuzzy Chuckles. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. Since many of our products are stationery items and may include handmade or small-batch products, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product received is defective

If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Handmade or made-to-order products (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design that may occur due to screen differences or handmade production processes

Return Approval

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our team before the product is sent back.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product).

Replacement

In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may request re-shipping by paying the applicable shipping charges.

Refunds in such cases may be issued after deducting the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred.
