All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During peak periods or high order volumes, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Charges

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates across India:

  • Flat shipping charge: ₹50 per order
  • Free shipping: On orders with a cart value of ₹1000 or above

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Fuzzy Chuckles currently ships across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, Fuzzy Chuckles cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has been handed over to the courier service.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout.

Fuzzy Chuckles will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before shipment.

Failed Delivery

Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts before marking a shipment as undeliverable.

If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the package, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.

If the package is ultimately returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO), customers may choose one of the following options:

Re-shipping the order – The order can be shipped again after paying the applicable shipping charges.

Refund – A refund may be issued to the original payment method after deducting the initial shipping cost and any return shipping or handling charges incurred.

For certain handmade or made-to-order products, refunds may not be applicable once the order has been processed. In such cases, the order can be re-shipped after payment of the required shipping charges.

We recommend ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
