We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
Yes, but only before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Delays can happen due to courier issues or location constraints. If your order seems unusually delayed, just reach out to us and we’ll check it for you.
📦 Delivery Issues
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to update it.
Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times. If the order is returned to us, you can choose to:
- Get it re-shipped (shipping charges apply), or
- Request a refund after deducting shipping/RTO charges
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if:
- The product is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
13. Are all products eligible for return?
No. We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Handmade or made-to-order products (unless damaged)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

We try our best to display products accurately, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
Some of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, so slight variations are natural — and part of their charm ✨
